Dynamo Pardubice are a professional ice hockey club that play in the Czech Extraliga. The club dates its history back to 1923 when the first ice hockey club in the city was founded. The club fought its way into Czechoslovakia's first division ahead of the 1950/51 season and has never been relegated since then.
Pardubice have won the national championship seven times, including four times since 2005, most recently in 2025 when they lifted the trophy for the first time since 2012. The club can rely on a wide fan base, and their home games at the Enteria Arena regularly attract one of the highest annual attendances in the country.
They have produced a number of world-renowned hockey players such as IIHF Hall of Fame member Vladimír Martinec, legendary NHL goalie Dominik Hašek and NHL star Aleš Hemský.
Their biggest rivals are Mountfield HK from neighbouring Hradec Králové, who hosted the CHL Final in 2019/20 as one of the Finalists.
The Czech club have played five seasons in the Champions Hockey League, making it as far as the Quarter-Finals. Pardubice's qualification for the 2023/24 was their first return to the pan-European competition since 2017.
