Storhamar Ishockey are the pride of the small town of Hamar (population of 30,000) in Norway. After finally moving indoors in 1981, the club have been in the top league since 1982 and have been one of the top clubs in Norway that pride themselves in developing young talent.
The club have played in the Hamar Olympic Amphitheatre (also called the Northern Lights Arena) since 1994, which is the biggest wooden building in Northern Europe, drawing some of the biggest and most enthusiastic crowds in the Norwegian league.
Storhamar have won the Norwegian title 10 times, including three times in a row between 2024 and 2026.
