After nearly four months, the Race to Qualify for the 2026/27 season of the Champions Hockey League is finally over! 

The 24-strong line-up for the upcoming season got its first qualifiers well before CHL Final 2026, with Swiss side HC Davos becoming the first team to qualify for the 12th season of Europe's elite club ice hockey competition.

The long battle to qualify then followed, ending with the crowning of Liiga champions Tappara Tampere, determining the final qualification order.
