Bílí Tygři Liberec withstood a mid-game push from the Graz99ers before absolutely exploding in the final frame to secure a dominant 6-2 victory on Game Day 4 of the Champions Hockey League.

Radan Lenc opened the scoring right in the early minutes, putting Liberec ahead right from the start. The opening frame then settled into a hard-fought battle with the goaltenders holding the fort, keeping the score deadlocked as the first period wound down to a close.

Liberec came flying out of the gate for the middle frame and struck right off the opening face-off courtesy to Layton Ahac, thereby doubling the advantage for the Czech team. But Graz99ers answered back shortly after when Josh Currie capitalized on a chance to narrow the gap by half.

Halfway through the final frame, Graz99ers struck with an equalizer that finally shook Liberec out of their comfort zone, but the response was swift as Ahac netted his second of the evening to reestablish a one-goal lead.

As the clock wound down, Liberec proved completely unstoppable, with Lenc striking for the second time before Ondřej Procházka added another, leaving Filip Jansa to cap the scoring at 6-2.
